I totally agree. But for all those Photoshop pirates out there, give Photoshop Elements a try. It’s not as dumbed down as you’d think, and costs about $100 (perfect for home users). I’ve used Photoshop professionally for years and only found a few very obscure features missing in Elements, most of which Home users would never get into.
